YPO PARTNERSHIP
YPO at the Rick Goings Institute
At RGI, YPO comes home — to Rollins College, to peer learning, and to executive education built around judgment.
At RGI, YPO comes home.
Peer learning, Rollins roots, and judgment for leaders.
The founder of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Ray Hickok, was a Rollins College graduate, Class of 1940. Hickok was just 27 when he took over his family's business. He quickly sensed a need for the kind of wisdom that could only be gained peer-to-peer.
From the first gathering in 1950 of 20 CEOs at New York City's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, YPO has grown into a worldwide network of leaders comprising 36,000 members across 142 countries.
YPO now comes home to Rollins through programs that reinforce the values of unrestricted idea-sharing, lifelong learning, trust and respect, diversity and inclusion, and the belief that business can be a force for good.

The RGI Bridge
YPO-style learning, grounded in RGI's three disciplines.
Judgment
Strategic Foresight
Leaders learn to read weak signals, make sense of uncertainty, and decide when the evidence is incomplete.
Discipline
Operational Vitality
Executives strengthen the operating habits, management discipline, and enterprise clarity that allow strategy to become action.
Morality
Stewardship Mindset
Programs ask leaders to consider consequence, responsibility, trust, and the broader civic role of business.

A Community of Practice
For leaders who want sharper judgment—and peers willing to challenge it.
The strongest rooms bring together leaders at different stages who share the same appetite for candor, perspective, and consequential learning.
Current YPO Members
A rigorous Rollins-based setting for leaders who already know the value of high-trust peer learning and want to take the work deeper.
Leaders on the Path
Development experiences for executives building the judgment, presence, peer credibility, and strategic perspective expected at the next level.
Peer-Driven Executives
Serious exchange for executives who want to learn with accomplished leaders across business, culture, and academia—whether or not they belong to YPO.
