RGI Announces the YPO AI Executive Program

The Rick Goings Institute will host the YPO AI Executive Program from October 4-7, 2026, bringing YPO leaders together for a practical, executive-level look at how AI is changing leadership work.

The program is designed for leaders who want more than tool demonstrations. Sessions will focus on the actual operating questions executives face: how to run better meetings, use transcription and presentation tools well, connect agents, tools, and skills, compare leading models, automate workflows, and manage the data security questions that come with AI adoption.

The emphasis throughout is practical leadership judgment. Participants will examine where AI can create leverage, where human oversight remains essential, and how senior leaders can build confidence before moving from experimentation to deployment.
