RGI Announces the Inaugural Leadership Summit

The Rick Goings Institute will host its Inaugural RGI Leadership Summit from October 8-9, 2026 at Rollins College.

The two-day convening is built around the leadership questions now facing senior executives and institutions: how to assess AI ROI, how to lead through workforce transformation, how geopolitics changes decision-making, how boards should think about rapid change, and how leaders pursue growth under pressure.

The summit will also include an exclusive Harvard Decision Lab leadership simulation, giving participants a structured environment to test judgment, tradeoffs, and leadership choices under realistic pressure.
