At RGI, YPO comes home — to Rollins College, to peer learning, and to executive education built around judgment.

The founder of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Ray Hickok, was a Rollins College graduate, Class of 1940. Hickok was just 27 when he took over his family's business and sensed a need for wisdom that could only be gained peer-to-peer.

From the first gathering in 1950 of 20 CEOs at New York City's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, YPO has grown into a worldwide network of leaders comprising 36,000 members across 142 countries.

YPO now comes home to Rollins through programs that reinforce unrestricted idea-sharing, lifelong learning, trust and respect, diversity and inclusion, and the belief that business can be a force for good.

RGI also offers YPO-style learning environments for YPO members, YPO-aspiring leaders, and non-YPO executives interested in serious peer exchange with leaders across business, culture, and academia.
