## Young Presidents Organization Partnership

RGI serves as a home base for YPO programs, retreats, and leadership gatherings — a natural fit. YPO's founder, Ray Hickok, graduated from Rollins College in 1940. The YPO tradition of peer learning, candor, and accountability aligns directly with RGI's purpose. At RGI, peer learning is not a supplement to the curriculum. It is part of the method.
